Omega Strategy

Omega partnered closely with the client to design and implement an intelligent rebate processing system leveraging a blend of Optical Character Recognition (OCR), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). This approach aimed to eliminate manual data entry by digitizing physical documents—including receipts and invoices—and automatically extracting and processing key information.

  • OCR technology was deployed to convert printed or handwritten text from documents into machine-readable digital data, drastically reducing manual effort.
