They divide many aspects into performance management consulting and healthcare knowledge.  They collaborate with their clients to help them harness the power of analytics and continuous iteration approaches to increase business efficiency.

The client’s requirements were analytics solutions that would assist healthcare businesses in becoming more nimble and productive. Solutions must be simple to use and learn in order to reflect their belief in simplicity.

Since the client deals with healthcare institutions, hospitals, and direct patient care units, they’re looking for a team with domain specialists who can explain ecosystem terminology, provide data privacy guarantees, and design a safe, scalable solution.

Omega Strategy

Omega devoted a significant amount of time with the client to  discussing the problem, their vision for a solution, creative possibilities, and technology selections. The client provided the idea for the technology platform, which is a data source agnostic, big data driven analytics platform with over 20 applications built to suit the different needs of the client’s users and members, based on the early stage investment.

Key modules of our strategy include

i) Data Integration: The ability to acquire, combine, and examine data from a variety of sources, including HIE, claims, pharmacy, patient experience, virtual communication, flat files, and so on.

ii) Audit Capabilities: Tracking every minute detail of user activity to mitigate threats.

iv) Business Intelligence Value-based Program: Client-supported different value-based programs and for that required business intelligence ability through API integrations.
