Omega Consulting is seeking a full-time Recruiter who will support the company in conducting screening processes for new positions at Omega. You will conduct resume screening, perform phone and in-person interviews, and complete timely reports on employees. We are looking for a recruiter to support the company with growth in company size, recruiting the best candidates, and communicating the findings to the company. You should be knowledgeable about how to screen resumes, conduct interviews, and perform reference checks.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s (Required) or Masters (Preferred) in Human Resources (HR)
• Relative coursework in Employment law, Training and development, Labor relations and collective bargaining, and Compensation Management
• Screen resumes on Handshake, Linkedin, and applicable online resume screening softwares 
• 2-4 years experience in related fields in Human Resources 
• Performing phone and in-person interviews domestically and internationally
• Performing reference checks, such as a CORI, background checks, and academic procedures 
• Make recommendations to hiring managers on candidates: interns, associates, managers, directors, partners, etc. 
• Coordinate with hiring managers on hiring events, online webinars and attending university events around the country 
• Maintain relationships with both internal and external clients 
• Completing timely reports on employment activity and assessments 
• Conduct exit interviews on terminating employees
